I've seen nothing but ideas and motivation from every one of these channels its great but hard to keep up sometimes

The host may be one or two solid dudes and have a rotating guest list or call in type thing

Definitely a double host if we can manage it

But if we build guidelines and have a good speaker and editors I think we can minimize the shit Show when it first airs

Direct and to the point. Save the longer versions for the major stuff

No one wants to listen to a fuckin 30 minute podcast

At most maybe 10 minutes maybe

We should have a weekend day where it’s a longer interview of someone so people can relax and tune into it and then have the short ones through the week

Have a few non serious topics, like talkin cars n shit,

Anyone should be able to write a draft to submit to the podcast team of course but it needs to have a purpose and not just angry propaganda

We could have different people running different topics as well

You guys know this is the exact setup of the old 3 network news shows right? Not shitting on just kinda funny how that works
