I think it's important for people to create and organize events like the protest to not include personal information. If they are indeed raiding and arresting people for going to a protest, anonymity is key. No actual names or identification information and it needs to be kept off facebook events.

Or at least only respond to those events on soc accounts

The issue is, his mom said she'll call the cops if people show up to her house. And he's saying, he doesn't care. He'll fight the cops if they try to do anything.
