That shit is practically porn by how graphic and stark it is (it is just in reverse, most people in porn are wrecked when the ride is over) and the tatted, dried up, unpleasnat looking woman is clearly there so that the target audience can place themselves in her shoes. Silver Lining: She likely would be a shitty mother so, this is not the worste use of her time but, if it was for her own fulfillment, it wouldn't be plastered everywhere.
