If Underworlds can be self sustaining and non-degenerative (static?) as well as righteously and judiciously remain an underworld, is it worth raiding if nobody gets hurt? I don't know if prostitution as it is now known should be included in this (and are Courtesans proper REALLY prostitutes?) as I can see how it is just distasteful but the gays would be an underworld.
