this guy built his own analog computer like a television switchboard
the guys just love knobs and switches
look at this shit man
herzog, herzog's sound engineer, and fricke made it together
they hacked apart a moog
Yo kids
@MentalSyntaxError you still fucking about?
you play it like a choir organ + moving telephone switches around
Do you think they'll like this song? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lan25U0O97U
I just like a study keyboard to play on at gigs. It takes a few moments to set up. Way faster than an actual band
imagine gigging on that...
If I went the midi route it'd look lame with a laptop
gigging on telephone switch
that's not a choir
or guitar
everything was psychotically recorded onto the mellotron type thing
this choir organ
yes
the flute isn't a flute. it's a recorded flute he could manipualte and filter with keypresses
interesting
but modular synths have alwaye looked to me as sth boring tbh
florian fricke is the composer who sold his gear to tangerine dream
well Klaus Schulze.

"Let's warm up before our improv gig tonight. I brought my 6000 $ state of the art Moog modular synthesizer. What did you bring?"
"The bongos, man"
That thing cost way more than 6k....
thanks for this share, i already love this album
that's the aguirre instrument
it was 6k for the stock moog modular....
Analogues are pretty cool @The Enlightened Shepherd and can do things software can't do and vice versa
Haven't personally used any modular equipment but have a couple of vintage analogues
I wish you could go to the synth expo @Kalvin . We'd have a blast
Yeah it'd be cool to check it all out
Definitely
I'll drag a different friend there
Probably much more enjoyable with company than being autistic moving keyboard to keyboard looking for cool sounds
I remember the first synth I got, just sitting there in the shop with it, headphones and being totally glued to this machine
