I began a new weight training style a while ago
it's more compatible with being a skinny guy who can just randomly lift a truck
it yields almost all strength improvement and very little mass improvement, combined with a low calorie diet you end up light but hard as nails
as opposed to more mass focused exercise
the type of soreness is much different I notice
when I was doing mass building crap I would be fine the day of, then the day after I would be sore as hell 24/7 until it got better
this stuff, I am not sore, but if I try to move I am
so it's less that I'm "sore" and more that I'm just broken

MUSCLE BUILDING
MUSCLE DENSITY IS RARELY MENTIONED
PEOPLE HAVE DIFFERENT BODY TYPES
AND DIFFERENT MUSCLE SPEEDS
I realized that muscle building is basically a meme
yeah
and training style really does matter
THAT IS IDEALISM
THE IDEA MUST TAKE ROOT
AND THEN CAN MANIFEST
so the exact difference was training 3-5x10 before, building mass, vs now training 15-20x1, not maximal lifts but real heavy
