I wrote them a civil 0/10 after they spammed a survey to me

It got all their managers and shit involved

They had a women-only (and men who identify as women) showing of wonder woman

But that's not what I complained about

The email I received is asking me my recommendations to improve their business

From one of their managers

Who CCed a lot of other people there

I guess the survey I did made its rounds

on a closer look

that isn't inflammation, its makeup

does that just express that you weren't having any fun

I wasn't raped and murdered if that's what equals a 0

There were 30 minutes of fake previews before the actual previews

The bathroom was also cheap/old and could use an update

The place doesn't look like it's been maintained well in the last 20 years

I've been in hole-in-the-wall rundown venues that looked better

The way they operate is quite bad

In the theater you write your orders on pieces of paper

But it's so dark you can't see what you're writing

You can't see the menu

And you're not allowed to have your cellphone on to help illuminate it

And waiters are coming by every 5 minutes

To pick up pieces of paper

And serve food/drinks

Which really distracted from the movie

They need to automate it better so the waiters are serving/picking up orders less frequently

Maybe have dimly lit screens where you can place your orders

And the waiters come by every thirty minutes

Or have an option of planning your orders before the movies

That way no one has to place orders while watching the movie

The way you order tickets is cumbersome too

You have to do it online

And it's not formatted well for smart phones

Also, when you walk in, there's a long bar right in front of you

With somewhat rowdy drunk/buzzed people (who appear like regulars who just go to drink there)
