I can change both username and server nick, but I don't know how to get the neat fonts
You already have a stylized font
Yes but I want to change it to something else, but I can't, because I only have these three letters in the font and when I add more letters they are in normal font
accursed am i among men
send the letters to the chat
of course you might also just be using the wrong thing lol

wisdom tooth recovery naptime for me

i think it went ok
I feel like a 50s diner
im not in pain enough to need meds, but on the other hand, im soo hungry, and can really only sip tea for now
awh
thats the worst
nah, the worst is that i pointedly asked the dentist to stitch up the tooth pits - nope
Get your body used to fat as a source of energy in addition to carbohydrates, and you'll be able to easily go more than 24 hours without eating
it won't even be hard
i need to feign starving myself
You can do it by changing your diet to low carb high fat,
or you can do it by intermittently fasting
ive got 4 wide open pits in the back of my mouth, that, near as i can figure, may take up to a full 2 years to really heal
In either case, don't skimp on protein
real fuckin genius, doc
oof
did they give a reason for no stitches
no,. they didnt
thats really dumb
yeah, it is
then again, it would seem to confirm the idea that med students who cant really hack the entireity of med school to become full doctors, settle for being various sorts of dentist
im no doctor, but it doesn't make a dry lick of sense to essentially leave a gaping wound on a patient, weather or not it will eventually heal (and given that it's rumored that wisdom tooth pits can take a full year or longer, to properly heal, just sorta leaving it open is, imo, patently unacceptable)
especially in a part of the body such as the mouth
hi rebekko
so the concept you are describing of letting an open pit heal in is called healing by secondary intention
it's actually preferred in high contamination areas like the mouth, because if you stitched it up you'd just close it up with a lot of moisture + bacteria and it would turn into an infection or even an abscess
so in that case it's really best to just leave it open, keep it loosely packed with gauze that's changed from time to time, and let it heal in from the bottom
hope that clarifies
