It's just subordinated to sensing.
Which is why he's always asking to be shown things or ideas.
Everyone else here has sensing subordinated to intuition.
The problem is intuitives are aware of their poor sensing, because they can see physical reality and know how comparitively incompetent they are at dealing with it, but sensors struggle a lot with knowing they are bad at intuition because it ultimately deals with realms which cannot be seen, and they don't think that which cannot be seen exists.
