Why would you want to wear a suit prozak

I guess two questions really

One is why not find a cheap way to get one now if that's what you want

Secondly why want it

Once I stopped desiring herd approval I instantly valued entirely different clothing

I have no desire to wear fragile, expensive, movement restricting clothing that is not good for walking, work or exercise, and I do not like the aesthetic of tightly fit with clean lines

Also I do not like the lack of storage

I cannot think of even one reason to like suits except to impress the other monkeys or nostalgia for muh 1950s

1950s nostalgia is a stupid reason to wear suits anyway. "Everyone wore suits and society was functional, surely their wearing of suits was an important element of this. If they had otherwise done everything the same but wore togas instead, their society would have crumbled"

suits are not for herd approval. Also, sometimes the herd approves of things that are cultured and classy, even if they also agree with decandence and filth.

Also why are only suits classy

respectability

Explain why a suit is automatically more respectable than a toga

of your peers. When we go to conferences we dress, because it is a sign of good etiquette

these are signs of being civilized

What does that mean

Pretend I am a space alien and all I see is humans wearing cloth. Why is the cloth arrangement you call a suit something to favor

How is this different than a Congo nigger explaining why it's objectively respectable to have a large lip plate

well. I don't have a very good description, but lets compare this line of thinking to the difference in achitectural standards from pre 19th century to post 19th century

Explain why right now I should care

to get a job

dressing and acting in certain ways are the way that we express a sense of culture and civility

job/contracts/clients

the same as we want to build things a certain way

How is that not exactly to impress the herd

it's a way of presenting ourselves

I don't mind if it does impress the herd

I didn't say this, I'm sure the herd has bad taste in many things, and good taste in other things

so suits impress you because of their history of association with things you like and are impressed by

so what if a guy is muscular, intelligent and heroic, he has a body like Arnold in his prime and he has six billion dollars and owns basically everything, and he wears only togas
