Ohh I was talkin to a believer of flat earth. He said he saw the moon somewhere else during the last solar elpcise and something else was blocking the sun. Anyone else experience that?

When the moon is fully lit, when it’s in earth’s shadow, with the sun on the opposite side of the earth, that means you’re being lied to.

When it's in earth's shadow it's not lit though?

So if the sun was biggee than the earth, is behind the earth, and the moon is on the front of the earth, the earth would cast a shadow over the moon to make a eclipse?
That sounds like it'd make sense for flat earth
