You can’t, gravitational fields are radial, you can’t apply the normal interpretation of gravitation to the flat earth model

afaik generally flat earthers reject the idea of gravity

how so?

if the flat earth model had gravity as we knew it, its centre of mass is still in the middle and it would collapse on itself (into a sphere) under its own gravity
