Morally no, however the United States government is the finest government in the world that money can buy. Politicians who don't accept campaign donations from pharmaceutical companes will often lose an election. So from their point of view they will follow the money, if they have to sign bills such as Vaccine kangaroo court bills or mandatory vaccinations, let slide pharmacueticals that do more harm than good, they will do it in order to remain in office.

Consider this, there are minor side effects for some vaccines in rare cases. Out of the millions of people that are vaccined for let's say disease X some may have side effect A (although they will be immunised from disease X). So let's say if some stupid parent sues the company for this they're gonna have a hard time sustaining these lawsuits and money which can be used in research will be spent on these lawsuits.

However, in cases where the research was incomplete and the vaccine was harmful for let's say 5 percent or more of the population and we find reasosn suggesting a mistake from the companies then yes they should be sued

But in most cases they don't have these mistakes and I don't see why amnesty is wrong

They have immunity for a reason

Yes there are more severe allergic reactions in some cases
