**Question Of The Day #27**

Is it right that pharmaceutical companies have ‘blanket amnesty’, a passed legislation that allows them to avoid legal action for vaccine injuries?

Let us know what you think in the <#484514023698726912> 😃

2019-03-13 14:52:00 UTC

Yes

2019-03-13 14:52:58 UTC

also yes

2019-03-13 14:53:05 UTC

No

2019-03-13 14:53:15 UTC

yo z

2019-03-13 14:53:16 UTC

Morally no, however the United States government is the finest government in the world that money can buy. Politicians who don't accept campaign donations from pharmaceutical companes will often lose an election. So from their point of view they will follow the money, if they have to sign bills such as Vaccine kangaroo court bills or mandatory vaccinations, let slide pharmacueticals that do more harm than good, they will do it in order to remain in office.

2019-03-13 14:53:16 UTC

Dont be stupid

2019-03-13 14:53:53 UTC

So morally no, but the politicians are having the carrot and stick treatment by big pharma.

2019-03-13 14:55:26 UTC

Consider this, there are minor side effects for some vaccines in rare cases. Out of the millions of people that are vaccined for let's say disease X some may have side effect A (although they will be immunised from disease X). So let's say if some stupid parent sues the company for this they're gonna have a hard time sustaining these lawsuits and money which can be used in research will be spent on these lawsuits.

2019-03-13 14:56:33 UTC

However, in cases where the research was incomplete and the vaccine was harmful for let's say 5 percent or more of the population and we find reasosn suggesting a mistake from the companies then yes they should be sued

2019-03-13 14:57:16 UTC

It's not rare

2019-03-13 14:57:21 UTC

But in most cases they don't have these mistakes and I don't see why amnesty is wrong

2019-03-13 14:57:24 UTC

They are not minor

2019-03-13 14:57:31 UTC

Like what

2019-03-13 14:57:35 UTC

Many

2019-03-13 14:57:39 UTC

Read up

2019-03-13 14:57:41 UTC

such as?

2019-03-13 14:57:48 UTC

All of them

2019-03-13 14:57:51 UTC

You get cowpox while being immunes from smallpox, that's FINE

2019-03-13 14:58:11 UTC

You get a fever after a vaccine for measles... It's better than measles

2019-03-13 14:58:25 UTC

Your arm hurts after a vaccine shot, it's fine

2019-03-13 14:58:37 UTC

They have immunity for a reason

2019-03-13 14:58:38 UTC

Yes there are more severe allergic reactions in some cases

2019-03-13 14:58:44 UTC

But they are pretty rare

2019-03-13 14:58:52 UTC

And... What reason is that

2019-03-13 14:59:26 UTC

also majority of those allergic reactions are the fault of parents or individuals for not being tested to begin with
