There's many. It would take your entire life to read it all. Mostly though Rig Veda, Bhavishya Purana, Bhagavad Gita etc.

various masters and Brahmin caste priests who have passed down these teachings in much the same way that semitic scripture was, initially through memory and verbal repeating, then was written down

Yes, the texts are very rigorous too. Often introducing topics which you might learn in a graduate philosophy course in university now.

certainly some could make mistakes, but the scriptures are passed down from divinity

No, ultimately this knowledge all comes from God. The Bhagavad Gita contains within it a physical manifestation of God, who lectures the great warrior Arjuna on piety and morals.

The Gita is the most relevant because it is a way for us to liberate ourselves from the material illusory world in this age, the Kali Yuga or the age of wickedness and sin.
