and you wont do that through democracy
uc regents v bakke ruled no numerical quotas
since both parties are loaded with traitors working for foreign interests
and for plutocrats
with motives which are contradictory in many cases to the greater good
I don't see it, the rich aren't the only ones in this country with influence on elected officials
they're still accountable to their voters
you have a very naive view of the world
The rich sway voter interest though
but you're only 17
The rich control the voters in the USA
The media controls the minds of the people. The rich have large interest in media corporations.
Since they control the media and how they perceive the elected officials as
The problem is white elites have no racial cohesion.
Imagine if the rockefeller family weren't anti white faggots.
Could get much of the US infrastructure to support demographic cohesion.
media has always been biased and controlled by either the wealthy or by political parties themselves
that's not really anything new
if anything it's become more democratic in recent years through online media
>freedom of association already exists
I am allowed to ban black people from dining at my restaurant?
^
it's more for hiring practice though
@agag you're telling me that I can choose not to serve black people and the government will not come shut down my business, take my money or imprison me for doing so?
This is false.
because last I checked they do that
so freedom of association does not exist
@NormieCamo no, Congress has the exclusive right to regulate commerce and anti-discrimination laws like the Civil Rights Act fall under that
if congress regulates who I can associate with, I do not have freedom of association
when alabama tried to make the NAACP turn over membership lists the SCOTUS ruled that they didn't have to do that
"Immunity from state scrutiny of petitioner's membership lists is here so related to the right of petitioner's members to pursue their lawful private interests privately and to associate freely with others in doing so as to come within the protection of the Fourteenth Amendment"
congress has the right to regulate private businesses
yes it does, but that means by definition that it is not free association
lt has to do with what's called inter-state commerce @NormieCamo
you don't believe in free association if you support the 14th
Literally everything is inter-state commerce, and if it is inter-state commerce, it is regulated at the federal level.
this isn't the 14th amendment
when Congress tried to pass the Civil RIghts Act in the 19th century under the 14th it was overturned
There was one case where a guy didn't want blacks in his grocery store and the winning argument was that, since the products in the store are frmo out of state, it is inter-state commerce and therefore must be regulated by the Feds
right my bad, I mean the civil rights act
