Fish is pretty good

2019-03-24 09:27:06 UTC

Will balance the omega 6 and omega 3 better out

2019-03-24 09:27:14 UTC

But

2019-03-24 09:27:46 UTC

We do not know yet if this massive consumption of meat and the imbalance of omega 6 and 3 is cousing that much trouble

2019-03-24 09:27:51 UTC

Too much meat isn't good tho

2019-03-24 09:28:10 UTC

a lot of hormones particularly in red meat

2019-03-24 09:28:19 UTC

It can bring up your cholesterine level up

2019-03-24 09:28:23 UTC

white meat is leaner and healthier

2019-03-24 09:28:32 UTC

The Chad meat eater vs the virgin vegan

2019-03-24 09:28:34 UTC

Yeah, those hormones are used to make them grow faster

2019-03-24 09:28:46 UTC

Chicken is good, I love chicken

2019-03-24 09:28:48 UTC

and fresh fish isn't adulterated other than TEPCO biproducts

2019-03-24 09:29:10 UTC

Well, fish can have a lot of heavy metals and microplastic in it

2019-03-24 09:29:17 UTC

Due to pollution of the water

2019-03-24 09:29:46 UTC

True which are bad for pregnant women

2019-03-24 09:30:43 UTC

Well, to be fair my diet is very meat based but I am only 17 so I still have time to change that XD

2019-03-24 09:30:50 UTC

There's such an immense amount of disinformation on both sides. Many great points, videos, and studies are being done to advocate for both meat and plant-based diets.
The interesting thing is, that both sides are in agreement on one thing, **RAW IS BETTER.**
No matter if you eat plants or meat, raw matter is more impactful and nutritious than scorching and frying some nutrients or minerals away.

2019-03-24 09:31:13 UTC

Well

2019-03-24 09:31:14 UTC

Lol

2019-03-24 09:31:23 UTC

Still, you shouldn't eat raw chicken

2019-03-24 09:31:28 UTC

Just... just don't

2019-03-24 09:31:29 UTC

^^^

2019-03-24 09:31:32 UTC

That sound funny sorry

2019-03-24 09:31:34 UTC

Also agreed

2019-03-24 09:31:38 UTC

Well, ok. That is the one exception.

2019-03-24 09:31:49 UTC

Chicken is very difficult

2019-03-24 09:31:49 UTC

Yes, raw can be better

2019-03-24 09:31:53 UTC

Or slow coocked

2019-03-24 09:32:05 UTC

But raw meat is quite unappetizing and could have parasites if not prepared properly

2019-03-24 09:32:22 UTC

But with meat it is a bit difficult. Because with coocking we made it esier to digest

2019-03-24 09:32:26 UTC

^^

2019-03-24 09:32:29 UTC

True

2019-03-24 09:32:48 UTC

I mean even vegetables aren't that nice raw

2019-03-24 09:32:51 UTC

I more think our bodies have been conditioned to intake cooked matter.

2019-03-24 09:32:58 UTC

Over time

2019-03-24 09:33:13 UTC

*cough* evolution *cough*

2019-03-24 09:33:16 UTC

Kinda, it really depends on the meat

2019-03-24 09:33:20 UTC

Adaptation

2019-03-24 09:33:28 UTC

That's micro

2019-03-24 09:33:35 UTC

Adaptation is an evolutionary factor

2019-03-24 09:33:45 UTC

***MICRO!!!***
