But yeah, 14 years of probation. Even though I wasn’t in jail all the time, it was harsh. Constantly having to answer to authorities at random times, and having to submit to all the rules. I’m thankful that it’s over with.

That’s a strange thing. I was on probation for drinking, and could not execute the remainder of probation time through being in jail. But people who commit violent crimes can execute their probation sentence through sheer jail time.

I'm glad I don't drink, smoke or do drugs. I've seen what it can do to people... lost family to that stuff.

I’ve gained skills that help me limit it. Though swearing it off forever is something I don’t quite agree with. People who do so, always look miserable. Because they are.

And that’s what I usually do. If it becomes a problem, I stop everything, and get help.

Like right now, I’m actually on a waiting list for a treatment center.

Will be the third time I’ve done so. Mhmm.
