Thank you

2019-04-02 20:38:25 UTC

Buoyancy argument is rubbish imo

2019-04-02 20:38:29 UTC

Ok

Buoyancy is an upward force so, umm, what

2019-04-02 20:39:21 UTC

hm?

2019-04-02 20:39:37 UTC

Wiki

2019-04-02 20:40:23 UTC

Because pressure is bigger at the bottom, so object rises

2019-04-02 20:40:28 UTC

How does the air stay on our planet?

2019-04-02 20:40:43 UTC

probably greenhouse gases is my best thought

2019-04-02 20:40:48 UTC

or our atmosphere

2019-04-02 20:40:59 UTC

How do they stay here?

2019-04-02 20:41:02 UTC

I mean, gRaViTy

2019-04-02 20:41:07 UTC

Is it like a magical bubble?

2019-04-02 20:41:09 UTC

kEk

2019-04-02 20:41:12 UTC

That keeps air in?

2019-04-02 20:41:12 UTC

ye

2019-04-02 20:41:22 UTC

from my knowledge, yeah

2019-04-02 20:41:38 UTC

How did the earth get it's flat shape?

2019-04-02 20:41:51 UTC

it doesnt have a flat shape-

2019-04-02 20:41:53 UTC

God apparently

2019-04-02 20:42:08 UTC

Why specifically earth,

2019-04-02 20:42:10 UTC

?

2019-04-02 20:42:12 UTC

Why not

2019-04-02 20:42:16 UTC

Jupiter?

2019-04-02 20:42:20 UTC

Or mars?

2019-04-02 20:42:28 UTC

Or why not all 3?

2019-04-02 20:42:31 UTC

@Life Deathlight In Ancient Greece Archimedes explained everything with his Arhcimedes Principle. Weight was weight and we still weigh things. But after Newton they decided to refer to weight as Newtons, but we don't measure weight in newtons we still measure weight in units of mass. They have sneaked in F=MA into weight and asserted F=GMm/r^2 into the force. There's no scientific evidence the mass of the floor is the cause of the A, the accleration, there is no evidence that mass which is supposed to RESIST acceleration CAUSES accleration. There's also no evidence of r, the Earth's radius, nobody has dug deeper than 12.7km

Archimedes principle did not use gravity

2019-04-02 20:43:07 UTC

but when Newton came along he decided all weight was acted on by gravity.

2019-04-02 20:44:47 UTC

@Human Sheeple Well to me Newton's work makes sense
