@tripolarbear what's gravity?
@Human Sheeple that is not the vacum crushing that its the atmosphere
there wasn't 1 atmosphere on teh outside of the lunar module
@tripolarbear atmo-WHAT?
if you dont have something in the barrel pushing out from inside it will get crushed from the pressure from outwards
so why doesn't the ball earth explode then?
what do you mean
what pressure is trying to spread it apart
diffusion
Pressure is force divided by area, so there is more pressure (meaning more force) being applied to the outer surface of the tin can, but there is no pressure/force inside it cause its a vacuum
Hence its crushed
@noah please look up the definition of pressure for me
what CAUSES pressure?
gravity
@Human Sheeple Force
well in the case of the atmosphere

thats a video that has been disproven
rockets work fine in a vacuum
Real vide @tripolarbear
Pressure is force divided by area. That isnt exclusive to atmospheric pressure that's just a general definition of pressure.
yeah real video
Rocket's clearly not showing thrust in a vacuum
same guy disproved it
Care to give me your definition then?
The really real rocket in the really real vacuum really did not produce meaningful thrust really.
@Human Sheeple that's not true
depends on the type of rocket
it's tested all the time here's an example
i dont get what you are aluding to
^rocket in vauum
if you note newtons thrid law you will find it applies to rockets
@Human Sheeple Why are you so willing to assume that that one gif is real, but all of the images from NASA, etc. are fake. What is different about that one gif.
@MrGiggles May I please see a rocket in a a vacuum of 10^-4 torr or lower producing meaningful thrust thank you
I dunno why they always say rockets don't work in vacuum
@Human Sheeple There's a video of it
