That's not how rockets work.

I really don't want to repeat myself again
Its getting really old
Correct they don't produce meaningful thrust in a vacuum
BALLOON ROCKETS DO NOT PUSH OFF A VACUUM: https://imgur.com/C8Y0NCn
What is thrust?
it does produce thrust
What is the definition of thrust?
infact if you have a look at it it does

Do you know?
Sheeple's third law of accelerationism
it just doesnt produce much of it from that particular model of rocket motor
Quite right, the specific impulse of rockets goes down to ZERO in a vacuum
hey all
@Schonse hey welcome to the Ice Wall
@Human Sheeple it actually goes up
I'll say it again, Rockets have nozzles at the end of them that are responsible for how they work. I'll link a diagram of it.

hello
Hello and welcome to the ice wall
By the way Jacob Vigil is a total homo
that's nice
it goes down why do you think they arent using ion thrusters on planes?
or for drones or whatever
Thrust requires a medium
I have even LESS proof that ion thrusters produce thrust in a vacuum than rockets.
No it doesn't. Thats not what thrust is
thrust is a force
its not a wave
I don't care about your forces, I care about causes of acceleration
so what sorta stuff goes on here?
just like a boat doesn't move out of water, rocket won't move out of the air
stupid stuff
Pressure is caused by collissions of molecules off the walls of a CONTAINER
you put a rocket in water or vacuum, it won't move
Where's the CONTAINER in the infinite vacuum of space?
