the observer might need a better position, stronger optics and better atmospheric conditions....

2019-04-06 14:30:05 UTC

to zoom in / better see the sun

2019-04-06 14:30:54 UTC

and what would we see if we have that ?

2019-04-06 14:31:55 UTC

would depend on various things, including how parallel / aligned with the sun's trajectory the observer is / direction faced, etc.

2019-04-06 14:32:21 UTC

Huh.

2019-04-06 14:32:40 UTC

So the sun is on a curved path, right?

2019-04-06 14:33:11 UTC

it is thought that the firmament / heavens are curved so in a way, yes

2019-04-06 14:33:58 UTC

it seems to be a circular, spiral path

2019-04-06 14:34:13 UTC

Why doesn't the equator see the sun curve at equinoxes? The rest of the world does not see the sun go in a straight path through the sky, but down there, you can.

2019-04-06 14:34:23 UTC

but also perspective must be considered as well

2019-04-06 14:34:59 UTC

maybe that has something to do with the influence of the magnetic / other field[s]

2019-04-06 14:35:37 UTC

How would you be able to see the moon during day time if based by the model is always in the dark side of the earth?

2019-04-06 14:36:11 UTC

The field causes the sun to appear in a totally different location than it really is?

2019-04-06 14:36:30 UTC

I would imagine it probably has something to do with the moon, perhaps being "charged" by the sun

2019-04-06 14:37:22 UTC

How is it being charged to be visible if it is on the opposite where it is dark?

2019-04-06 14:37:24 UTC

looks can be deceiving when surfaces / fluidic things are curved / bending

2019-04-06 14:38:23 UTC

Man does not know everything. I don't have all of the answers.

2019-04-06 14:38:30 UTC

I can only tell you what I think is truth.

2019-04-06 14:39:13 UTC

@Seeker of Truth How is it possible for me, when I stand on a beach I can see the sun set and if I then go to a rooftop of a large building I can see the sun again ?

2019-04-06 14:40:49 UTC

because the earth is flat ..

2019-04-06 14:41:28 UTC

eye level to a table you see not much of anything raise up you see the entire table .. flat!

2019-04-06 14:42:07 UTC
2019-04-06 14:42:22 UTC

I can see perfectly to the end of the flat table, from x height

2019-04-06 14:42:30 UTC

Exactly that’s why I believe the earth is flat

2019-04-06 14:42:53 UTC

believe vs. knowing

2019-04-06 14:44:19 UTC

So when a ship sail's to the horizon, how do we observe that ? Do we see first the body of the ship go down then the sails or the entire ship kind of disappear because it go's too far to observe ?

2019-04-06 14:44:26 UTC

@Bodhisattva so you are willfully ignant or lack comprehension of what i stated..

2019-04-06 14:44:53 UTC

@everyone the earth is round

2019-04-06 14:45:11 UTC

depends on the same factors mentioned before

2019-04-06 14:45:22 UTC

@fbi gasp

2019-04-06 14:45:34 UTC

@Seeker of Truth Lets talk theory, perfect conditions etc, How does it work ?

2019-04-06 14:46:06 UTC

How do your eyes work?

2019-04-06 14:46:12 UTC

@ it is curved

2019-04-06 14:46:13 UTC

atmospheric lensing s not theory .. it's fact

2019-04-06 14:46:17 UTC

That is part of the answer to your question

2019-04-06 14:46:29 UTC

@SwmpLvr Perfectly willing to discuss with you,
When I look at a table from table height, I can see the end of it
When I look at the table from a little higher I can also see the end of it

2019-04-06 14:47:01 UTC

But the earth is round so you can’t see the end

2019-04-06 14:47:25 UTC

And what happens when you walk of it or has it never been done
