I need to leave this server i effectively lose brain cells here
I mean he kinda has a point but the earth ain't flat sis
Hence why atmospheric conditions affect visibility.
And as someone who is *not a flat earther*, I can vouch that this is true and entirely scientific on the globe model.
There’s a reason you can see so far into space but not earth, space is virtually empty, the earth’s atmosphere is not.
@Ætos lay down at the ocean and watch the sun set.. The second its gone stand up and boom magic you can watch. A part of the sunset again
Your timing would have to be absurdly fast, but yes. That’s simply angular perspective, though.
THE
That point doesn’t even counter anything I said, come to think of it.

earth is a boomerang
shape

<:smart:484956754489376781>
i agree
It goes around and comes back, because it is a boomerang like the earth
<:smart:484956754489376781>
If you throw a boomerang and step out of the way it'll orbit around you <:cool:507986727953235970>
What if i strap a cat on the boomerang
Then it would be animal cruelty
The ISS orbits.
Yeah
It does orbit.
Yes because earth is a sphere
In a predictable path no less
I literally never said it wasn’t a sphere
Although technically it isn’t
The shape is an ellipsoid.
Im losing brain cells
The sphere is imperfect.
Oblate spheroid gang
If you lost brain cells over a scientific fact, you might be in the wrong place, BLU.
So far I have stated nothing but proven concepts that support an ellipsoid earth, but you have assumed I am a flat earther and try to disagree at every turn.
Someone here is making themselves look like a fool. And so far, that person isn’t me.

If you are unaware that the earth has a thing called eccentricity, then I am afraid you are a bit behind.
Smh.
Love it when people try to troll, assume I’m FE, and then start disagreeing with things that are fundamental to the model they thought they were arguing for.
