Hahaha
It's kinda sad that i'm having more fun with old games than I do with new ones
nah
that's why they're classics
Games have just lost their charm.
But it's hard for a game to beat the Jak series for me, and impossible to beat MGS2, so I guess it's understandable that they don't have much impact.
Ha.
I think that's becoming more popular these days. Getting actual companies to do the outfits.
In FFXV they had a real life dress company design the dress that a character wears in it.
Luna?
Also i wish they sold the outfits in XV irl
Or the Versus 13 clothes, those looked way cooler
WHY WERENT THERE VERSUS 13 COSTUMES
Also it's difficult to say what the issue with games is today
But overall I think it's rushed deadlines
And unenthusiastic workers
If you want a great example, look at the Pokemon franchise
And genericness.
Though at the same time, I can't blame them too much on genericness. It's hard to keep fresh now that it feels like everything's been done.
Well looking it up now, Pokemon isnt as bad about this as I thought it was
In terms of new generations, it's been fairly consistent
FFXV feels new (even if it has more glitches than I do arm hair), MGSV felt new (even if it's copy and pasted throughout the game.)
2 years between R/B + G/S, 3 to R/S, 4 to D/P, 4 to B/W, 2 to X/Y, and then roughly 3 for S/M
They feel "new," but at the same time way too familiar
We need a fresh platformer to take consoles by storm...
