That's an exfoliant so pretty much what you do and what I recommeded you mostly use it is before you go into the shower wash your hands with water, wash your face, put a small amount in your hands and massage it over your face in circular motions, and when you're done head into the shower and let the water run over your face to rinse it, don't touch your face at all
