They make 40 round magazines for the ar?

I like iron sights. No fuss. Cant bump out of zero, no worries of battery dying

No, 40 rnd are solid, used severeal hundred round though the 3 i have (40 rounders) and nonissues

Scope is fine but impractical for most applications. Red dot is far less than ideal

It's not easy for me

Learn to use dominant eye and you can utilize full field of vision while focussing on target with dominant eye. Easy to do if you understand concept and try it out a few times

Youncan practice often even in your home without shooting any rounds. Just train Your eyes on how to get sight picture without closing other eye, find a distance in your home at least 20 yards you can focus on and play arpund with it for a while
