Authorities in Sweden are prosecuting a 70-year-old woman for a hate crime. Her alleged crime? She wrote on Facebook
that she saw migrants defecating in the streets and setting fire to cars.

Sweden has allowed hundreds of thousands of refugees to pour in over the last few years, quickly devolving from a

Authorities in southwest Florida say a Guatemalan man was arrested after he dialed 911 to ask for his deportation.

The Collier County Sheriff's Office says 29-year-old Cesar Sanchez placed the call in Naples and told an operator that
he wanted to be sent back to Guatemala. In an audio recording of the conversation released on Friday, a man says he is
not well, but clarifies, "It's not an emergency. All I want is to be deported."

A deputy located Sanchez Tuesday night and arrested him for misusing the emergency call number, a misdemeanor.

Sanchez remains in custody at the county jail and is set to be arraigned on May 31. The arrest report says Sanchez
should be held for Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

A London private high school is considering a change in dress code that would allow their male students to wear skirts,
according to Sunday reports.

Student groups at Highgate School have urged the administration to update their dress code to be more “gender neutral,”
reports the Independent.

The new dress code would allow boy students to wear grey pleated skirts. The dress code for female students allows girls

Charlottesville, Va.’s mayor said a torchlit rally held by white nationalists Saturday night “was either profoundly ignorant or was designed to instill fear in our minority populations in a way that hearkens back to the days of the KKK.”

An Afghan police chief violently beat two asylum seekers who were rejected by Denmark and were being transported to
Kabul on board a Danish National Police aircraft, a police report says, as cited by the media, adding that Danish
officers were present during the attack.

The incident took place on board a flight to the Afghan capital chartered by the Danish National Police on March 1,
Politiken newspaper reported, citing a confidential police report.

A total of 50 Danish officers were on the plane deporting failed Afghan asylum seekers. After the plane landed, 11
Afghans left it voluntarily and a family of three were still in their seats when two men, identified as Alireza Rafie
and Morteza Yousufi, refused to disembark.

Both started an argument with a chief of the Afghan border police. The situation then reportedly spiraled out of

Eight years ago, the Council on American-Islamic Relations sued the investigators behind a daring, undercover operation

American University in Washington, D.C., has reportedly banned white students from using its new “student lounge” for
the spring semester, according to the College Fix.

A Kansas City man who was recently detained by authorities in Egypt is the subject of an investigation by FBI
counterterrorism agents.

The FBI began investigating Isse Aweis Mohamud on April 25 after his family reported him missing, according to federal
prosecutors.

Those family members told the FBI they were concerned that he had gone overseas to “engage in jihadist activities,” a
prosecutor said during a court appearance for Mohamud.

Mohamud has no driver’s license and no car, defense attorney Allen said, and is willing to surrender his passport so he
would have no means to flee the country. Within 24 hours of arriving in Egypt, and learning of the FBI investigation, he
booked a flight home. He would have returned then had he not been detained by authorities, Allen said.

A German court has instituted legal proceedings against an asylum seeker who cruelly crippled another refugee in a
barbaric assault. The attack was allegedly provoked by a quarrel over a debt of €50 ($55).

A 20-year-old refugee who has lived in Germany since 2013 now faces charges of attempted murder and serious bodily harm
over what is being described as a “barbaric” and “animalistic” attack that defies understanding.

The suspect allegedly attacked another refugee, 18, who was presumed to be his friend, in October 2016, German media
report, citing the regional Prosecutor’s Office. He came to the victim’s apartment and stabbed him in the neck with two
knives. As the victim fell unconscious, the assailant bit off both his ears and then cut off his eyelids with a knife.

However, he did not stop at that and then fiercely stabbed his victim in the eyes with a pen, almost poking the man’s
eyes out.

An emergency paramedic, who examined the victim right after the attack, told the court on Monday that the victim’s
eyelids were “torn to pieces.”

A protestant church community in Flintbek, northern Germany, has sparked anger among locals after giving shelter to an
Eritrean refugee in the cellar of a children’s center. Some parents said they were concerned for the safety of their

The United States accused Syria on Monday of executing thousands of imprisoned political opponents and burning their
bodies in a crematorium to hide the evidence, testing the Trump administration’s willingness to respond to atrocities,

"We’ve created a kind of endless, perpetual adolescence,” said Sen. Ben Sasse (R-Neb.) in a recently published interview
with Bill Kristol. “There has never been a civilization that’s had perpetual adolescence before. Adolescence itself is
only about a 2,500 year old concept, and it’s a pretty special gift.”

Taking a broad view of human history, Sasse spoke of adolescence as a relatively new phenomenon allowing young persons
to develop mind and spirit beyond pubescent maturation.

Contemporary sociological phenomena, added Sasse, have extended the adolescent phase to unhealthy lengths; stultifying
of both individual actualization and broader civilizational development.

A large swathe of young persons entering colleges and universities have never been employed, said Sasse, recalling an
anecdote from his former role as Midland University’s president.

"I think it's highly dangerous to think that the main thing fourteen- to eighteen-year-olds should do is sit still and
be in a classroom inside for the majority of their waking hours, Monday through Friday."
