I raced a chevy cruise today, Im not sure if it even was a race but I won

Not much point in going E85 unless you need the octane due to high compression/boost. I meant that if you are upgrading the tb, manifold, spacer to make it breath better, you may need a more powerful fuel pump or upgraded injectors to take full advantage.
