Estonia also appears to have a rising tension problem with Russian immigrants. Even if, the immigrants have been granted citizenship.
What's more, if your infrastructure goes up a pedestal or more rather upgrades it's economy, your government or any corporation doesn't bother to fully integrate the rest of the economy or people that were left behind.
Where as in the UK, US or other EU countries this process is automatic and shifting economies are always integrated.
It also seems a lot of "Expats" that are there visit for purely sexual pleasure reasons as even an Estonian woman apparently won't refuse a foreigner with a lot of money.
Your military budget seems to be very low, in comparison to the standard of life budget. That is both a problem and an advantage.```

you have a division of US soldiers. You place them to Germany. Now what will happen is that u need a billion USD for the upkeep of that division. And you make a deal with the German goverment, who will be paying 500 million of that cost and you only have to pay the other 500 million.
