You are part of EU so I refer to you as EU, you can't say you aren't because you are. You are an EU member state.

2019-04-19 20:30:33 UTC

If you were independent I would refer you to as Estonian.

2019-04-19 21:19:41 UTC

Estonia is a country that is part of EU, which means I am Estonian. UK is part of NATO but Im not calling you NATOnian, now am I?

2019-04-19 21:19:46 UTC

On another note:

2019-04-19 21:19:50 UTC

Wtf

2019-04-19 21:20:05 UTC

You Natonians gotta get ur shit together

2019-04-19 21:20:15 UTC

77 seconds is longer than most of you last

2019-04-19 21:26:55 UTC

@McBacoon NATO is a defense force though.

2019-04-19 21:27:12 UTC

Not a union that controls laws and bill decisions for other countries.

2019-04-19 21:27:19 UTC

😂 👌

2019-04-19 21:55:08 UTC

Are you sure about that?

2019-04-19 21:55:16 UTC

Ever heard of STANAG?

2019-04-19 21:55:20 UTC

<:hmm:468918619515125760>

2019-04-19 22:31:37 UTC

You mean a policy that ensures nato military use interchangeable weapons and ammunition?

2019-04-19 22:33:43 UTC

Yeah I don't think NATO can really be compared to the EU.

2019-04-20 12:36:30 UTC
2019-04-20 12:36:58 UTC

STANdardization AGreement

2019-04-20 14:54:44 UTC

Ah an agreement

2019-04-20 14:55:00 UTC

Not something the legislature of all countries ratified

2019-04-20 14:55:31 UTC

Something the presidents/prime minister can choose to easily back out or enter

2019-04-20 15:20:32 UTC

It's almost as if, McBacoon's comparison & anecdote are wrong.

2019-04-20 15:21:00 UTC

But who am I kidding? He's got tunnel vision. Just like the EU, so he can never be wrong.

2019-04-20 15:21:02 UTC

😂

2019-04-20 19:27:38 UTC

I am a brexiteer!

2019-04-20 21:52:04 UTC

Actually, they cant. STANAG agreements are mandatory if you join NATO. There are a few exceptions on transfer periods (when u have old soviet tech for example).

2019-04-20 21:52:19 UTC

And STANAG agreements get ratified by every country in NATO

2019-04-20 21:52:51 UTC

And there is no option of "easily backing out"

2019-04-20 21:53:41 UTC

@Deleted User The only one with a tunnel vision seems to be you. You desire to have a point in which you could prove me wrong, but well...

2019-04-20 21:53:50 UTC
2019-04-20 21:58:02 UTC

@McBacoon STANAG is literally so other countries have resources for war/defense in times of need.

2019-04-20 21:58:43 UTC

Doesn't dictate any laws bordering your country and you can back out via exiting NATO, not all countries are in NATO, ironically, just like how all of Europe isn't in the EU.

2019-04-20 21:59:32 UTC

@McBacoon Find me a document where it states you can't exit NATO or disagree to a STANAG regulation.

2019-04-20 22:03:21 UTC

@McBacoon its just making it easier to cooperate

2019-04-20 22:03:23 UTC

With that in mind, NATO is strictly military and defense.

2019-04-20 22:03:35 UTC

So another one of your statements/anecdotes, disproven.

2019-04-20 22:04:01 UTC

I can't be NATOnian I can in fact be, British. Because that is my heritage, my political alignment and the establishment of the same blood dictates my laws.

2019-04-20 22:04:36 UTC

Where as, you can be considered EU or euronian if you really want to jury-rig a term there.

2019-04-20 22:05:21 UTC

But wait, its just about proving you wrong right? That's all I care about according to your viewpoint...right?

2019-04-20 22:14:55 UTC

STANAG isnt for resources, go to the army and learn that shit.

It dictates your military equipment standard and other communications standards. And every country has to sign a STANAG and inplement it. (Go to wiki for that).

My heritage is also Estonian, so I cant understand how you came up with the Euronian term. EU is just an organisation, not a country that has its own heritage.

You can basically make the same argument about EU laws to make cooperation easier between other countries. I just went to latvia 2 days ago and there was a police raid on the Estonian side of the border and there was latvian police aswell. Thats cooperation for you.

2019-04-20 22:16:24 UTC

NATO in the 21. Century is far from being strictly military and defense.
