Hong Kong has better sanitation than China as well as more enforced restrictions and parameters regarding the operation and inventory of wet markets.

yeah. the sanitation needs to be upgraded a lot in china. hopefully this serves as a better lesson than SARS did

The UK have already introduced a program for the very first vaccine testers of COVID-19. I can highly claim that the reliability of the vaccine is extremely low. A number of obvious factors include the unprecedented time it took for the vaccine to be produced and in relation to that a known fact is that modern vaccines usually take 4 years to produce, finalise, then replicate.
