nobody fights 'small wars' well, so we look like shit

IF we had to really fight, the submarines would do most of the work

our real power are the subs and missile forces, strategic bombers

Their local rivals are no wimps though

While yours is diminishing

China's economy is a house of cards, but they are much better off than they were
