Curves are good, and not even that complicated

2019-12-28 09:55:33 UTC

Path of Exile experience curve, model for income inequality

2019-12-28 09:55:34 UTC

main issue is that interest payments directly compete with wages for gross income

2019-12-28 09:55:44 UTC

I haven't played that one yet, ive watched vids of it

2019-12-28 09:55:58 UTC

What I said above is really the big dirty secret abotu US economy

2019-12-28 09:56:26 UTC

For people who like Diablo, except want more customization, "realism", and a far better economy system

2019-12-28 09:56:36 UTC

so i've heard

2019-12-28 09:56:40 UTC

i got really bored of Diablo III

2019-12-28 09:56:40 UTC

It's actually really smart (or so it seems)

2019-12-28 09:56:56 UTC

Diablo 3 I played through with a few characters for the story and all that

2019-12-28 09:57:09 UTC

Path of Exile is the kind for those kinds of games

D II was my favorite, I bought D III but i cant remember playing it much

2019-12-28 09:57:40 UTC

Titan Quest

2019-12-28 09:57:46 UTC

Titan Quest is great

2019-12-28 09:57:46 UTC

that descent from 52 to 42 of gross income tells the real story

2019-12-28 09:57:57 UTC

it gets even worse when you factor in the income distribution changing as well for labor

2019-12-28 09:58:09 UTC

which includes executives and management

2019-12-28 09:58:35 UTC

That's direct result of rise of interest payments, it's an accounting identity, so there is no way out

2019-12-28 09:59:22 UTC

Path of Exile is the king right now though, Diablo 4 looks really amazing but that's not gonna be out for another 2 years probably. PoE is the tits right now (also free)

2019-12-28 09:59:38 UTC

Grim Dawn

2019-12-28 09:59:38 UTC

I never put a single dime into a free to play game

2019-12-28 10:00:12 UTC

I could use an action rpg, but i'd prefer a controller

2019-12-28 10:00:17 UTC

But I put over 100 into PoE over the last 5 or 6 years I played

2019-12-28 10:00:27 UTC

Grim Dawn I bought

2019-12-28 10:00:44 UTC

But I couldn't get into it for some reason

2019-12-28 10:01:28 UTC

I like really dark and apocalyptic settings so I can get used to what's coming irl

2019-12-28 10:01:35 UTC

Yep

2019-12-28 10:01:37 UTC

lol

2019-12-28 10:01:38 UTC

my dream would be a Shadowrun action rpg

2019-12-28 10:01:53 UTC

Diablo 3 I have to play with a shader/filter to make it more dark and realistic

2019-12-28 10:02:45 UTC

Idk you are into the math and economy stuff to a disgusting degree, I think path of exile would probably tickle your fancy

2019-12-28 10:03:06 UTC

But games are a really personal thing

2019-12-28 10:03:10 UTC

I'll try it just to see since i've seen the hype

2019-12-28 10:03:27 UTC

the progression / gem thingy, whatever it's called is crazy big and detailed

2019-12-28 10:03:32 UTC

i'll get bored with mouse though

2019-12-28 10:04:03 UTC

get a Steam controller

2019-12-28 10:04:07 UTC

i have 2

2019-12-28 10:04:14 UTC

I don't think I can really judge people by their game choices anymore, because I've played both really complex and involved games, as well as totally braindead garbage and enjoyed them
