2020-02-23 10:34:55 UTC

@7183 Not exactly, other studies find M4A costs *more* in national spending. Other problems include higher waiting times, lower national income and higher deficits.

did bernie get help from russia?

2020-02-23 11:35:35 UTC

is it bad that im a liberal and i support trump

2020-02-23 11:51:59 UTC

no. everyone should support him

2020-02-23 12:10:11 UTC

Yes cuz liberals are already dumb and they will be more dumber if they support trump

2020-02-23 12:12:49 UTC

@fruit by the foot That study has flaws, i.e it's over estimating reductions in admin costs by also under estimating admin costs under Medicare; it's over estimating fraud reduction; it's overestimating deaths; it's underestimating increase in demand; thinking lowering cost and everyone is going to accept it.

2020-02-23 12:13:06 UTC

The best study of all this is RAND's analysis.
https://www.rand.org/pubs/research_reports/RR3106.html

2020-02-23 12:13:22 UTC

Which finds a large increase in wait times, higher national spending and *much higher* federal spending.

2020-02-23 14:59:21 UTC

how is wait times an argument

2020-02-23 14:59:24 UTC

like wtf

2020-02-23 15:02:41 UTC

Because it’s a huge inconvenience

2020-02-23 15:02:41 UTC

wait times are a major difference between public and private. wtf do you mean

2020-02-23 15:02:45 UTC

And people can die with it

2020-02-23 15:02:50 UTC

w u t

2020-02-23 15:02:50 UTC

Or suffer a lot

2020-02-23 15:03:00 UTC

vro

2020-02-23 15:03:08 UTC

people in canada die waiting to see a specialist

2020-02-23 15:03:16 UTC

Take the NHS, has one of the worst in developed world

2020-02-23 15:04:00 UTC

Over crowded hospitals have a correlation to Medicare for all?

2020-02-23 15:04:11 UTC

one that has extreme negative effects

2020-02-23 15:04:35 UTC

no to mention the state can sentence children to death

2020-02-23 15:04:35 UTC

In ur article

2020-02-23 15:04:46 UTC

It’s about underfunding @sɪᴅɪsɴᴏᴛʜᴇʀᴇ

2020-02-23 15:05:03 UTC

?

2020-02-23 15:05:07 UTC

how would a bloated govt body reduce under funding?

2020-02-23 15:05:10 UTC

NHS funding has increased for years

2020-02-23 15:05:18 UTC

Nonetheless, I’m making my argument about wait times

2020-02-23 15:05:20 UTC

- it’s deadly

2020-02-23 15:06:16 UTC

Medicare for all will raise wait times exponentially because supply currently is constrained, but this program raises demand.

2020-02-23 15:06:20 UTC

= wait times

2020-02-23 15:06:49 UTC

Plus Medicare for all if you are talking about Obamacare it would rob businesses

2020-02-23 15:09:16 UTC

wait

2020-02-23 15:09:36 UTC

so ur article is old? or what are you on about

2020-02-23 15:11:07 UTC

so ur saying that people with illness or medical needs aren’t going to hospitals currently, but upon supplying Medicare for all they’d finally seek it?

2020-02-23 15:11:16 UTC

It’s from 2019 Dec
