the thing is that most of the people that go to the hospital don't need to be there

it's very common for poor people to go to the hospital as opposed to a primary care physician

so they overburden the hospitals with trivial bullshit

and this baseline of burden was calculated into the models

people aren't going to the hospital for trivial shit anymore because they're scared or not allowed

so the hospitals generally have much more room than the models indicated
