I just wanted to be generally in good shape.
Like be able to walk long distances or lift somewhat heavy objects.
walking long distances is mostly mind
but all you need to do for that is go for long walks or hikes
Well you can get in good shape by doing callisthenic. I think someone pinned a message here on all the how to's
Lifting heavy objects is strength training so you'll need weights for that
Colorado gang, hikes are in my *blood* I can do that.
And the long distance walking/running is basically endurance training
I have a rec center nearby with a gym.

Yea there's some stuff there about diets
don’t do weight loss diets for gaining muscle
If losing weight just count calories and eat healthier
make sure it’s a muscle gain diet
