We're not in the age yet when anything and everything can be or is recorded which is both a good and a bad thing.

If I'm not mistaken only certain soldiers of a division or rank wear cameras? Why equip every soldier with a camera? Its a waste of money if they die. I couldn't see that being economically efficient.
