@quinnn it doesn't work at all because Its not scientifically possible. "Transgender" peoples are a figment within the minds of the idiotic and norrow minded. If you are born male you are physically and probably legally a male and vise versa. And people who have gender dysphoria (which by the way actual people with the illness have said having it isnt a good reason to transition) a very small part of the trans community. Trans people are often discriminated against and i get that thats not right but you also have to realize that they haven't exactly made a good name for themselves especially since i haven't seen one person actually make a good argument as to why transsexuals are actually transexual its always an "accept it or fuck you" mentality and thats what gives people a bad opinion of these fools.
