Rape law needs to change.

I got one in California you can sleep with someone but if the woman doesnt like you anymore or regrets it. She can say you rape her. This is especially true in college. There was a guy who killed himself because his gf said he rape her and no punishment happen to her. So guy is dead and girl walk away as a rape survivor.

Rape laws should be change to if you lie about rape you should go to prison for the amount of time the guy was going to jail.

There's no jail time for lieing and destroying someone's life which is think is wrong

If it's done with malicious intent, that should be punished

If you lie you should go to jail

There are cases where it's "not guilty" because of a lack of evidence or complications (like one SNP MP, who obviously committed sexual harassment)

When implementing these kind of laws there also a risk of actual rape victims not coming out because of these said laws
