Wow, thanks @Mr. Sofaking Fluffykins. I think that is essentially alluding to the Exchange Stabilization Fund which was created as a reault of the Gold Reserve Act in 1934. The ESF is the dark pool that the treasury can use to manilulate markets. Precious metals are the most important to manipulate in order to maintain a fiat ponzi illusion.....hence also the most important when destroying it

Currently the ESF (possibly most important of all funds) is controlled by Steve Mnuchin who ran the computer trading part of Goldman Sachs before opening his own firm. He is beyond qualified but GS is creepy. I think he is under the reigns of Trump tho so very interesting

Hence him visiting fort knox and shnit (although they said he only visited 1 of 13 vaults...he prob saw them all and knows whats up). He has one of the most important missions in the country in my opinion
