They essentially live out a fetish, and once they lose their balls, that sick realization hits in

It's literally thinking that you're another gender

You can't help it

people like you make things worse

instead of helping them

Can you prove any of your claims

they need to be saved

That has nothing to do with it

you don't let the person ride out their mental illness to it's inevitable conclusion

you help them

transition is easy, because transition is failure

what's hard is helping them back on course

to see that what they were feeling was simply a temporary hormonal irregularity

perhaps in some cases, hormonal treatments are in order

but to restore them to their biological levels

and make them feel like the gender they were born as

If someone is literally convinced that they're another gender, why force them to stay in their body with the genitalia and hormones that they were born with?
