Look up Enclosure Movement
And why did Jamestown rely on aid from the Powhatan Confederacy to survive?
Actually the Pilgrims were so stupid, they brought 50 pairs of shoes instead of crops
Nice bros
That's why you weren't allowed in England!
Tbh probably,
The Puritans made a deal with the King.
He'd send them to New England and they'd fish to pay off their debt.
Turns out they didn't know how to fish.
Pilgrims = huge ships
Indians = little canoes
The Puritans didn't have ships, the English did.
At the time the Puritans were being kicked out of England.
Whites = guns
Indians = bow and arrow
Ew,
You didn't use the guns argument, holy crap.
?
Dude, do you know how worthless early muskets were?
Rifles were good, but muskets were a waste of resources..
It was still a technological innovation that paved the way for modern firearms
How about some BIOLOGICAL WARFARE!!
Because cunts gotta cunt
It wasn't a good technology though. Bows were vastly superior to muskets. They fired and reloaded faster, were easy to make, quiet, and hit their mark better.
Yeah, biological warfare is the actual reason colonists were able to do what they did.
Actually it wasn't warfare until well into colonization.
I know at the time they were good but as the 1800s came around they became outdated
Initially it was just diseased spaniards.
And pigs.
Because you know the Indian Wars of 1800s
High IQ take = Indians were xenophobic towards the European refugees, and needed to open their borders!
Muskets weren't good. They took a lot to make, their ammo was harder to manufacture than arrows, they took a minute to reload compared to a quicker reload of a bow, they were inaccurate, loud making ambushes impossible with them and they took more maintnance
Also, we did welcome European refugees.
Frankly it was a mistake though.
Yeah and it will be a mistake to open our borders again
Well I shouldn't say that,
Some WERE good.
Your people already know what open borders mean
The French were great and so were some Celts.
