I find it amazing how were supposed to keep population under control yet it is black Africans in Africa that are contributing to most world issue. They have taken over the white run governments which have to to a level drop in civilization. Thirdly they are struggling to support themselves and expand their education system. A lot of it does have to do with IQ. If we look at Ethiopia, the average IQ is 63, that’s lower than most primates. Besides the deadly HIV/AIDS, malaria, bacterial and protozoal diarrhea, typhoid fever, hepatitis A, dengue fever, rabies, etc. Poor governance, rampant corruption, lawlessness, etc. remain some of the top issues facing Ethiopia today.
