Which means 15.7 millions whites are in poverty
And 11 million blacks are in poverty @AETA

So there are more poor white people than there are poor black people

And 4x more likely to be searched

I really doubt it’s the culture

If culture were to contribute

It wouldn’t contribute much

like look at Africa, it is pretty much expected that you share your wealth with your friends and family

so when you hit it big, you are brought back down

that pattern tends to repeat itself across many cultures
