Quick legal question.
Is one allowed to possess a low shelf LR, a FA LPK w/ sear, and a no-no pin jig, so long as the third pin hole is not marked or drilled?
Well here comes the illegal answer: drill the third hole. The constitution beckons thee
As for a “legal” answer, it really varies state by state
But for posting purposes. Are fed bois gonna boot my door if I post up photos and it gets linked back to me.
Like I said, it really varies by state
I live in a constitutional carry state so I’d be able to without issue for sure
VA, home of the almost boog.
Hmm I’m not well versed in VA gun laws
You’ll have to get in touch with someone who’s from there. Which one of you niggers knows VA gun laws
Up until recently, extremely pro gun state. We don't have anything extra about MGs.
I know em pretty well
And what I don't know I can find out
What's your question?
My basic understanding has been that legally, I can have all the parts, jigs, etc, put together, with the jig even on the LR, ready to go in a vice, but as long as I don't drill the third hole, they can't touch me.
As far as I'm aware, that's accurate
Cool. I keep hearing conflicting answers, entirely from fudds, that owning just the LPK is a crime, or the jig as well. But that doesn't make any fucking sense because anyone can buy one.
being a fudd should be a crime
Being a fudd is god's way of telling us who to rob first when the boog hits
they might have antique guns, or stacks of precious metals
