How many calories optimally should my canned soup/stew/chili have?
My cans are like between 200 and 300 calories with 200 being the average.
More than that If that’s all you’re eating
But that’s fine as long as you round it out with other stuff
like what should i be going for?
Idk, I’m on a diet so I shoot for like 1800 a day, with like 200 for breakfast, 2-300 for lunch, and the rest broke up with dinner and snacks
Figure out your daily caloric needs based on weight and activity level
Then go from there
Any of my homies try this yet?
I have not
Waiting for police stations to stop doing police things so I can shoot at squirrels from my window <:tambo:607752379814772737>
Yeah
Squirrels
But like actually
I want to shoot at the chipmunks and squirrels
This isn’t a fed poast
This is a hick poast
I live down the road from the sheriff station so EVERYTHING would have be shut down before I could experience such a luxury 😔
My neighbor is a cop and there’s some sorta trooper thing a little less than a mile away
Sheriffs have been quite active here, idk what they're doing. Maybe when they ALL leave I can pop a few shots at the tree rats. 🤔
The police have suspended traffic stops round here
>tree rats
Racist
Imagine trying to do a traffic stop while maintaining social distancing
We got some pretty big gray squirrels around here
They dig up the lawn
I busted my ass to make it look some what descent
Then they dig it up
Sheriffs and local cops doing literally nothing rn
Been keeping an ear on the radios, it’s Fucking ghost quiet
I think they’re resting up
Hardly any on the roads
This is the most boring apocalypse ever
I might not even get to shoot someone
Same
Whoa is that a second Vermonter I see?
we will take over
eventually

Yo @johnnyadams im making chilli tonight, got any suggestions on things to throw in? I was gonna brown the meat then throw onions and garlic to kinda carmelize abit before putting in the tomato and beans
I would reccomend cooking onions and garlic in a pan first,
