Nope, **AJ and The Queen** is a real Netflix show supported by RuPaul.
... at what point can we all agree that this is pedophelia/rape happening before our eyes?
Sane people know... but there're not many sane people
It is pedophelia
ok
Anybody from Virginia? What was it like the other day? I would have loved to be there and show support.

YOU'RE A RUSSIAN ASSET! AND YOU'RE A RUSSIAN ASSET! EVERYONE IS A RUSSIAN ASSET!
This is open channel. A little if both
Was just watching Brett baier 1/22/20 on YouTube had some dem talking and someone screamed from the gallery. I can't make out what they say did anyone else catch it?
Serious question - everyone hates the lib ownership and moderation of existing tech platforms. Everyone says they want other options that actually respect non-leftist communities. But say something like that were actually developed, and just needed to grow and attract users. What would it take to actually get people to make the switch? I'm not talking about a niche single-topic platform like TD, but a much larger ecosystem like reddit itself, just run without the authoritarian mod practices. Genuinely open to opinions on this.
Likely it would have to be just like anything else that has blown up in the past, like FB, reddit, twitter, etc. Popular things take hold when enough people subscribe/use them. It would literally require the same type of thing
thats the chicken/egg thing im wondering about. if no one is there, there is no content. if tere is no content, no one will join.
seems like twitter and reddit grew from a dedicated initial user base, im just wondering if anyone has any ideas of how to create that early adopter user base.
it kinda has to have a unique defining characteristic. FB was like myspace but official looking, twitter was instant and short news and random shit, IG was photos
do you think a memer-friendly/gamer-friendly vibe and design would fit the bill? something with a more 'for us by us' zoomer brand to it?
i feel like theyre the crowd i would really need to reach. early adopters, more countercultural attitudes toward the current social trends, etc. but i have no idea how to reach out and generate interest. im thinking about esports sponsorship or funding tournaments. not sure if thats a good idea or not?
All I know is, if your idea gets you rich, remember me
honestly riches are not the goal here. trying to gettir done for the sake of humanity.
thats actually a pretty good idea. i might go full invite-only, and create a wait-list rather than an open signup.
i think gamers would be great early adopters. might have to look more into sponsoring LoL tournaments and the like.
probably makes sense to only do the rollout/beta once youve reached ~5k wait listers. that way you get a surge of traffic that can kickstart things, instead of a trickle.
yeah i remember the facebook initial days. i was a blue collar kid and idnt go to college til much later, so was pissed off they shut me out lol
eSports not best thing to redpill. Cos all the games are part owned/owned by china. So they will not do anything that goes against them
not too worried about china tbh
i have no idea how to appeal to the meme crowd though. think you need some pipehitting memers if you want any chance to succeed
the terms of service are clear that all contributions remain the property of the original poster. but not sure how to really incentivize people to join up, other than just developing a great UX.
the weighting is a good idea - i like that. i ditched the downvote to reduce bubble effects and mob rule type stuff that libs do on reddit
which would make implementing that algo simpler
yeah contests for sure. maybe meme contests, where users vote. im giving away money in fantasy prediction style contests, but even generating interest in that is tough
good brainstorm. thanks for that <@!393186341816631296>
it costs money to run large websites
people dont want to advertise with u if ur content seems edgy
then the libs wont sign up bc they will just call it republican4chan
or someone will say u censor lib commentary even if u dont and it just gets drown out by others
