Northern Italy is reaping the consequences, their economic activity has went to the shitter.
At least for economic purposes, we should attempt to stem this. Part of the stock panic is due to our slow response.
The US is ranked #1 in measures taken against the virus. We are taking it plenty seriously
And yet we are letting it fester. It has a 2% mortality rate here like it does anywhere else.
The virus itself doesn't seem to be "dangerous" for most of the working-age people but it's gonna be insane to see so many old people die

I hate when people downplay mistakes by the current administration. That makes them no better than the communists who downplay the historic failures of their ideology.
Accept mistakes, no president is perfect, but do not ignore them.
