Yeah i really enjoyed the 2016 one, it felt like doom as it should be, so also keen on eternal. Yeah I've seen rage2, but it's not really exciting me. I seem to be leaning towards the linear hand crafted experience, as opposed to the new sandbox and average experiences.
Its a fine balance to make open world games fun. Not many games have done it right. I think Witcher 3 probably came the closest to be perfect but even that had its flaws
@Gurter even the Devs said they are trying something new with fallout76 and it will take a while to get it right. It could be good or it could be a big flop
I still like the idea they are playing around with the concept

@Nidalap Rorrim true, Witcher 3 was splendid, and i finished that game too, still need to play the expansions lol.. Also Rockstar is good, i never enjoyed GTA, but red dead redemption was amazing as both open world and a well created story and experience.
Yeah i think rage is being made in collaboration with doom devs and just cause dev team.
