What do you guys think of offset iron sight? Building a ar and putting long range optics on, maybe offsets too??

For my area I’d hav an LPVO and then canted irons as a back up

Ik everyone says red dots are just as reliable now but I always get worried if my backup relies on batteries

I want them, I would offset them 30 degrees rather than 45 cuz 45 degrees is alittle too much

I’m new to gun buying and only gun I currently own is a 30-30 Lever action Marlin my mom got me. I want a Underfolding AK or just a AK of some kind and don’t know where to start

I think in America an AR would be a better option

You really should get an AR-15 and a sidearm (9mm imo)

I had a ruger ar15 back in high school, really cheap, rattles a lot, Dave up and buy a good one, it’s worth it

something something buy a psa premium unless you have the budget for something better

and also, imo canted irons are useless for a non competition gun

They’re not exactly useless but if you’re broke they’re not worth it

mainly because canted secondary optics and qd mounts exist
